Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Of Course! Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew. You can order a one-time gift of My Bibi Box here
What month will I start?
Order by the 10th of the month to receive the current month's box. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your box has shipped.
How does billing work?
Each Subscription automatically renews monthly. You are billed every month on the 12th. You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription within your account at any time. For refunds, you must request one before your box has shipped.
Please note: Excessive refund requests may result in the permanent cancellation of your subscription. We reserve the right to determine what is excessive, based on your history with My Bibi Box. Please be sure to skip or cancel before your renewal date. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.
Are payments secured?
My Bibi Box values your business and we too are concerned about privacy and data security. We use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when it's being sent over the Internet. Do you offer international delivery?
At this time we do not offer international delivery but we plan to do so as soon as possible.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 5-7 business days in the USA.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or My Bibi Box (The Bibi Group, LLC) cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting My Bibi Box (d.b.a. of The Bibi Group, LLC) customer support team. A valid payment method, including credit card or Stripe, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide My Bibi Box (d.b.a. The Bibi Group, LLC) with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize My Bibi Box (d.b.a. of The Bibi Group, LLC) to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, My Bibi Box (d.b.a. of The Bibi Group, LLC) will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
My Bibi Box (d.b.a. of The Bibi Group, LLC), in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. My Bibi Box (d.b.a. of The Bibi Group, LLC) will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by My Bibi Box (d.b.a. of The Bibi Group, LLC) on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of My Bibi Box (d.b.a. of The Bibi Group, LLC).
